VOLUNTARY WORK

 

We understand the importance of volunteering and volunteer’s power. Therefore, we want to revive world humanitarian cooperation between the different generations.

 

To the cooperation we want to attract people of different ages who wish to establish new relationships in society and its activity, working together and cooperation become a fraction improved intergenerational related society, thereby contributing to a more human-friendly everyday life.

 

Volunteering can be beneficial leisure activity not only for students but for people of all ages, professions and interests. All that counts is a desire for this to give some and definitely consequently get something from the relationship a volunteer - user. Different generations can complement each other wonderfully if only we discover skills and knowledge that a particular person has. Association Novita is trying to connect with each other the right people who will be happy and internal motivation to share experiences and where necessary helped.

 

Our volunteers we enable individualized monitoring, implementation supervisions and education. Any work one performs is best done when it is carried out with enthusiasm and if he sees sense and an opportunity for personal growth. Association Novita wishes along with every colleague (both members of the Society ar volunteers or users) to find the most meaningful point of action that is consistent with his personal goals and desires, and in accordance with the Code of Ethics organized volunteering. All participants want to be seen as responsible and equally important colleagues because one without the other cannot work for a better and friendlier tomorrow.
