What I can do
In older age, a lot of people get the opportunity to engage themselves on things that they missed at a young age. In particular, the elderly must be able to show their skills and to maintain healthy and active in old age.
Elderly itself are often faced with prejudice. One of the most common, that is true only in part, is that aging is associated with mental and pshysical decline in individuals. Mental and the emotional condition is maintained with social activities, especially with the company of friends or peers, which itself is a social corrective. Joint meetings, joint walks, cycling, swimming, meals, trips and other events, all this activities are associated with healthy habits in all age.
There still are much things that older people themselves are still able to do ro can learn to do.
